The 2nd package of fiscal measures dedicated to reducing Romania's budget deficit, which proposes, among other things, a rewrite of the rules for taxing profits, brings good news, as it eliminates the minimum turnover tax (IMCA) that has complicated the lives (and costs) of large companies in Romania over the past three years. But, at the same time, another amendment in the Package seems to perfectly exemplify the proverb "they threw a bucket of water into the well".
