EY study: Financial directors are concerned about the impact of data on reporting

The dynamics and the increasing volume of data affect the ability of financial directors to provide relevant information quickly and flawlessly to administration boards, shows the EY report ‘How can reporting catch up with an acceleration world?’.

66% of respondents, at a global level, consider that this problem will significantly influence the efficiency of reporting. The percentage is significantly higher than that of last year (57%).

The report is underpinned by a survey conducted amongst 1,000 financial directors and reporting team leaders from organizations with incomes higher than USD 500 million, from 25 countries.
