62% of employers participating in the latest survey conducted by eJobs Romania stated that they are not ready for the moment when the salary market will be made transparent in the sense of publishing the salaries offered in the job advertisements. They have not yet started the process of implementation and adaptation to the new directive, which, according to the European Commission, will be implemented starting with the second half of next year. This is while 22% feel partially prepared, have started to analyze the impact and make plans, and 16% are very prepared and already have a salary transparency policy that they apply in the hiring process.
