E&Y study: Losses of RON 4 billion in the Romanian wind industry, in 2014 and 2015

At the request of the Romanian Association for Wind Energy, the consultancy company E&Y completed the study entitled 'The Analysis of the financial performance and the position of wind industry balance in Romania in 2015 ", thus continuing the similar study carried out for the financial year 2014.

The study, developed strictly based on the financial statements submitted by companies to the Trade Register, reveals the alarming results for investments in the field of wind electricity generation, totalling about 5 billion euros, represents by far the largest investment in the Romanian energy system after 1989.
