The two roles of the sales manager, ‘business generator’ and ‘leader/model for his/her team’, which ranked the highest in 2015, have reversed their order in 2016. The first position is occupied by the role of ‘leader/model for his/her team’ (on the rise from 57% to 68%), followed by ‘business generator’ (on the rise from 62% to 65%). Moreover, 73% of the sales leaders in Romania consider the salesman – client relationship has witnessed an improvement in the past years, according to the new edition of the study ‘The Challenges of a Sales Manager’, conducted by Sfera Business.
