During the year 2022, were published a series of normative acts that brought changes to the legislation on waste management, including the obligations to the Environmental Fund, the distance of their applicability, from January 1, 2023, appearing distant. The months passed quickly, we entered the year 2023 and the economic agents targeted by the new provisions must comply with them.
