Companies with diverse teams perform better

An overwhelming majority (84%) of executives said that their organization's ability to develop and manage teams will be the key to competitiveness' growth in the next period, according to the EY survey: The power of many: How companies use teams to drive superior corporate performance.

Those who assess their companies as "excellent" in terms of building diverse teams (with members from different backgrounds and which have experienced different work experiences) are those who have achieved this year an increase of more than 10% of EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) compared to the previous year.
