Companies don’t possess the necessary strategies or solutions to manage the future generations of human resources

The study conducted by SAP and Oxford Economics was done using a sample of over 5,400 employees and executives from 27 countries

According to the Workforce 2020 study, conducted by Oxford Economics in partnership with SAP SE (NYSE: SAP), the global leader on the business software and technology solutions market, companies are currently facing the most diverse work environment in history, with five generations from different geographical areas working together – each with various abilities, experience levels and work habits. Moreover, more and more people will work as independent workers and long-term contractors, which represents a major opportunity to increase productivity, develop talents and involve the employees. Nevertheless, according to the research conducted by Oxford Economics, most companies are not ready to take advantage of this opportunity.
