Those most interested in salary are candidates between the ages of 18 and 24 and those over 60

As the labor market approaches the moment of salary transparency, more and more candidates want to know the salary they could earn before applying for a job. Thus, data for the period January-May 2025 shows that 3 out of 10 applications registered this year on eJobs.ro went to jobs that had the salary displayed in the job advertisement
