With good signs from the beginning, the year 2022 brought positive changes on the labor market. In the first six months, the volume of jobs published on BestJobs tripled compared to the same period in 2020 and increased by 50% compared to 2021, reaching 230,000 opportunities for the 1.1 million candidates. The lifting of restrictions has boosted the need for employers to increase their teams, and rising inflation has also influenced wage increases.
