The labor market seems haunted by a paranormal phenomenon, which is not only revealed on Halloween and is called "ghosting". BestJobs investigated the recruitment ritual through a survey of candidates, after which 87% of them said it had happened to them throughout their careers to have a "ghost interview", because although the discussion went well and there is potential, never received feedback after meeting the recruiter.
