After a difficult year and which has brought unprecedented challenges in the labor market, more than half of employees (55%) no longer expect any bonuses during the Easter holidays, according to a survey conducted by the recruitment platform BestJobs. However, 26% of the employees surveyed are sure that they will receive the Easter bonus this year as well, while 18% do not know if the employer will reward them with a holiday bonus.
