Candidates in the 45+ segment have a lot of experience and have accumulated many useful skills on the labor market
Data from the BestJobs recruitment platform shows that in August, candidates over the age of 45 became more active in their job search and thus registered 40% of the total volume of applications this month, increasing by 10% compared to the previous month. Half of these applications were submitted by the 45-54 age segment, followed by the 55-64 age group with 13% and the over 65 age segment with 7%.
