A new tax amnesty removes the inequity of the old legislation that leaves out taxpayers in situations similar to those who could apply such a facility

The entry into force on 31.08.2021 of a new fiscal amnesty as an effect of the adoption of GO no. 11/2021 seems to have almost completely escaped public attention, unfairly in our opinion. It is, of course, impossible to say whether it is (only) the result of a diminished attention paid to this subject, which in a way already seems to be a history if not consumed (even if in progress), at least repeated. three normative acts with similar effects adopted during the COVID-19 pandemic, not to mention other facilities and budgetary measures).
