The event represents a reference point for the global financial community regarding commercial credit, credit risks and debt collection. The Congress reunites over 500 specialists and participants from banking, debt collection and related services and represents the ideal platform for interaction between professionals in the fields of finance and consultancy and services, who activate at a global level.

Romania’s potential and that of the countries in the regions as well as the meaningful economic growth in the context of the positive evolution of economies in Central and Eastern Europe are some of the reasons for which Romania was chosen to host this Congress.
According to the forecasts of Focus Economics (available here), ECE economies have managed to avoid the financial turbulences from 2015 and have generated economic growth supported by the strong internal demand coming from the private sector. Amongst the factors which have contributed to the improvement of the private consumption, we mention: the increase of salaries, the price reductions for merchandise and the more favorable credit conditions – which have led to a better employment rate. All these elements have supported an increase in the available incomes of the population and, at least partially, will contribute to the economic growth of the region in 2016. The experts consulted by Focus Economics are expecting an increase of 3.1% of the regional economy in 2016, and Romania is expected to register an enhanced dynamics (+3.7% in 2016 and +3.5% in 2017).
