Through this credit facility, Raiffeisen Bank Romania partially finances the acquisition price by Romgaz of Exxon Mobile Exploration and Production Romania Limited shares

Wolf Theiss granted Raiffeisen Bank S.A. legal assistance in connection with a 325 million euro credit facility granted to S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A., the largest gas producer in Romania.
