Just a few days until the first technological exhibition of houses, Imobiliarium (5-7 May, Baneasa Shopping City). For easy access, more than 4,000 people have already registered on www.imobiliarium.ro, to benefit from a personalized offer.
According to the data provided in the registration form, 29% of people looking for their home have a budget of 80,000 euro. In close proximity are Bucharest with budgets of 55,000 euro (19%) and third place are those who are willing to pay 100,000 euro for a house or apartment. Relatively few (5%), but easy to notice, are the visitors who have expressed the option for buildings over 200,000 euro.
