UPS (NYSE: UPS) announced today that it intends to acquire Bomi Group, an industry leader and multinational provider of logistics services in the medical field. The transaction includes temperature-controlled facilities in 14 countries and nearly 3,000 Bomi Group members with advanced skills in Europe and Latin America.
