The number of people who use online platform to book holidays, to look for hotels or touristic attractions is on the rise.
Recent studies conducted at a global level show that 44% of tourists use social networks in order to search for travelling destinations, while 36% use them to find hotels. Digitalization and the evolution of online platforms have changed the way in which travel agencies and accommodation units address their clients.
