Parthenon Group has 300 employees specialized in management consultancy. The company’s headquarter is in Boston, but it activates on other markets, as well, having offices in London, Mumbai, Shanghai and Singapore.
The transaction will merge the strongest attributes of the two companies: the brand, the global presence, a business with a growth rate above the market average and the innovation portfolio of EY with the strategic capabilities of Parthenon Group for top 1000 global companies, private equity investment funds and for the education sector.
