With a cumulative training and consulting experience of more than 75 years, in projects delivered both domestically and abroad, the Valoria team of experts collaborated in 2018 with companies with a cumulative turnover of 500 million.
By diversifying the training and consulting services, increasing the number of customers and capitalizing on market opportunities, the company wants to be a strong player in the professional services segment addressed to leading companies in Romania.
In 2019, Valoria will launch a training product to improve the skills of management teams called Key Performance Factor. Addressed to managers from entrepreneurial companies and corporations, Key Performance Factor distinguishes by its excellent learning experience, fast conversion, and practical applicability, but especially by its direct contribution to increasing team performance.
"We are glad to see a growing interest in training for their employees of Romanian entrepreneurial companies. Multinational companies have structured training processes, aligned with the business and career goals of employees. But in the past few years, we have also noticed among entrepreneurial companies the focus on structuring the learning and development processes more clearly. In this context, Key Performance Factor is a training product that fits in the evolution of managers’ needs of the companies in Romania", says Elena Badea, Managing Director, Valoria.
In 2018, Valoria has achieved and launched nine studies that are very relevant to the local business environment. From Barometer of Digitization in Romanian Companies to Study of Trends and Challenges in HR, or Barometer of customer centricity. All these researches have become important milestones for business people because they provide them with information to understand how the local business environment evolves. In 2019, the company aims to continue carrying out surveys on already traditional subjects, but also on new themes.
"We have been delighted to learn from our interactions with our customers that Valoria's training programs helped increase employees' efficiency by 55-70% and increase their loyalty to the organization by 80-90%", says Elena Badea, Managing Director, Valoria.
