"Today, iHunt becomes the first online store and the first brand of mobile and electronic phones listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Why did I do this? Of course, we want to benefit from the advantages that the Stock Market offers on the market, and we want to be as visible as possible and we can also attract future strategic partners. Do not forget about brand confidence, which automatically grows, including current, future, and even end-user partners. At this time, iHunt is known as a mobile phone brand and is the market leader in resilient mobile phones. Of course, we have a large market share and ultra-affordable mobile phones, " said the iHunt director.
He recalled that the share of his own products brings the company revenue higher than the sale of imported phones.
"The iHunt story started in 2015, then we were mobile phone vendors in China, but we wanted, of course, from the beginning to have our brand, sell iHunt products and not other brands. This was possible in 2017, when we had our first iHunt phone and at the end of that year we had a share of the total sales of 20% of products iHunt in 2017. This has trusted us and we have continued the same strategy in 2018, much more aggressively, so this share has turned 80%. Basically, customers preferred to buy iHunt phones at the expense of other brands.
Also in 2018 we joined the 'Made in Romania' program of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, along with 200 other companies, and we were pleasantly surprised to be selected by the jury between the top 50, that is, between the semifinalists, " Cezar Stroe commented.
