The decision was adopted by the General Meeting of the Shareholders held on 8 July.
"We would like to congratulate the Ministry of Economy for the successful appointment of a new Board of Directors at Salrom through a transparent process in accordance with corporate governance standards set by GEO 109/2011. We hope that the new board will quickly select a new CEO, who should propose and implement a plan for sustainable development, including a strategy on medium and long term, as well as improve financial results " said Greg Konieczny, Portfolio Manager of the Fund.
