On 30 June 2016, the legal team of Radu and Associates SPRL (the lawyer company in correspondence with EY), along with the tax consultants in the Transfer Pricing department of EY Romania, has obtained for one of the firms in the ArcelorMittal Group the cancellation of the acts of fiscal administrative.

The High Court of Cassation and Justice has maintained the sentence court by the Fund about the reconsideration of the price level for transactions with affiliates of ArcelorMittal.
