• The Polytechnic University of Timisoara obtained funds for the digitization of the institution through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan;
• The university's projects have several components: global infrastructure (2.1 million euros), emerging technologies (2.1 million euros), priority areas of specialization (600,000 euros), professional training (200,000 euros), such as and for a research platform (100,000 euros);
• Through these funds, UPT will buy servers that allow the running of artificial intelligence applications, the entire Wi-Fi network in the university campus will be modernized, and students will have access to new laboratories, which will help them prepare for the new requirements of companies.
