The integrated team of lawyers and consultants from the law firm KPMG Legal – Toncescu si Asociatii, KPMG Advisory and KPMG Tax, led by Alexandru Mocanescu, Bogdan Vaduva/Elena Surdeanu and Daniel Pana, assisted Paval Holding in the acquisition of the office portfolio owned by CA Immo in Romania and taking over the management team, in the largest transaction on the real estate market in Romania.
