The Romanian Chemical Company will integrate the industrial platforms from Chimcomplex Borzesti and Oltchim Ramnicu Valcea after the conclusion of the purchase transaction by Chimcomplex Borzesti of the 1-5 asset groups and partially 7 by Oltchim.
