The Ministry of Communications and for Information Society (MCSI) has launched in public debate on its own website, a new draft law on the Cyber Security of Romania

According to the Ministry of Resort, the project was drawn up being considered the criticism brought by Decision. No. 17/2015 of the Constitutional Court of Romania (CCR) on the objections of unconstitutionality of the provisions of the Romanian law on cyber security, informs AGERPRES.
