More than 4,000 startups were looking for candidates in the first 6 months of this year, exceeding the figures for the similar period of 2020 by 52%. This is given that the market has become hot again, and recruiters no longer face, as last year, an excess of applicants, but, on the contrary, in some areas, even with an acute shortage of people willing to change jobs.
