Alexandra Peligrad has held for almost 10 years the position of Chief Financial Officer in Smartree Romania, being with the team since 2009, and his involvement in all the major projects of the company have transformed her into the natural choice for taking over the position of CEO.
In this context, the process of transition to the new management will be smooth, with no major impact on Smartree projects and processes.

Prior to collaborating with Smartree, Alexandra Peligrad occupied various key positions in the Finance and Business Development departments within the Rompetrol Group and holds a Master in Business Administration at the Central European University Business School and an ACCA Certification.
With a turnover of 17 million euros in 2018, up 20% over the previous year and more than 90 employees in the four offices in Bucharest, Pitesti, Craiova and Timisoara, Smartree has focused in recent years on the development of services and solutions as customized to the evolving needs of the HR market, including the development of new modules of its HCM application, MyStaff.
Adrian Stanciu contributed significantly to the growth and efficiency of Smartree business, while he was CEO.
