On Friday, October 23, 2020, SIF Banat Crisana successfully completed the acquisition of the share package representing 99.92% of the share capital of DOOSAN IMGB S.A. Following the issuance by the Competition Council of the non-objection decision regarding the economic concertation operation carried out by SIF Banat-Crisana acquiring control over DOOSAN IMGB SA, the transaction for the company's control package was completed by paying the full price and transferring the property shares at the Central Depository. Doosan IMGB company owns 540,000 square meters of urban land, located in the south of the Capital.
