S Immo signs lease contract for 1,000 sqm in Sun Offices

Austrian company S Immo AG announces a 5-year lease contract signed with tourism services operator G2 Travel for 1,000 sqm space in Sun Offices, the complex located in Southern Bucharest.

The occupancy rate of office buildings owned by the Austrian developer reaches 85 percent and, according to the company’s estimates, it will be fully rented by yearend. Sun Plaza complex, developed by S Immo AG comprises a 9,000 sqm office building distributed on 3 levels o the top of shopping center. By renting within this office, G2 Travel will have neighboirs tenants as PepsiCo, Uniqa, EMCT, Siepcofar and Dona Pharmaceutics.

 

S IMMO AG has been present on the Romanian market since 2004 and includes in his Romanian-based portfolio: The four-star Novotel Hotel, Sun Plaza Shopping Center launched in 2010,    Sun Offices  of 10,000 sqm office area on three levels above the shopping center and two plots of development land, currently in the phase of obtaining the necessary zoning and construction permits.
