Romania is downgrading to economic competitiveness

Last year, 62th place, this year on the 68th place, Romania loses its economic competitiveness worldwide.

This is how, for our country, the Global Economic Forum's Global Competitiveness Index look like. Because we tend to compare very often with the countries in the region, it is worth mentioning that Bulgaria is ranked 49th, rising from 50th place, Czech Republic is on 31st place, Poland drops from 36th place to 39th place, Turkey rises slightly from 55th place to 53rd place, Slovakia rises from 65th place to 59th place and Hungary rises from 69th place to 60th position.

Why should we look for such an index?
