PwC Romania experts and D&B lawyers David si Baias offered integrated professional services in the transaction process, including M&A consultancy, tax consultancy and legal assistance

A team of consultants specializing in transactions from PwC Romania and lawyers D&B David si Baias provided consulting services to the founder of the Litoralulromanesc.ro travel agency, Ionut Nedea, for the sale of the company to the Szallas Group, part of the Polish group Wirtualna Polska Holding. The completion of the transaction is conditioned by the agreement of the Competition Council.
