Profi – A pioneer in prevention in Romania

Introduced since as early as the first half of the year, it is now operative in 44 PROFI stores and will be further extended. Its use caused the number of events noticed in one month to be almost equal to that of events noticed in one entire year with the old system, and this helped diminishing our losses cosiderably.

Among other benefits of this system is the fact that video operators are now independent from the factors that could influence them if they continued to work in the stores where different factors of stress can interfere.

As a result the there has been improved considerably the company’s ability to prevent and deter thieves and people who hamper a proper course of the commercial activities.

This pioneering technology has already been used succesfully by one of biggest worldwide retailers in Poland and some other Countries in Central Europe with full collaboration of Police, which admitted high efficiency of the new system.
