The program will be held over a period of seven days, between October 26th - November 1st including 2 days of theoretical training, when techniques and ways of Customer Experience Management will be described, during the course held by the trainer Mihai Maties, and 5 days of practice, when the participants will visit a number of companies and institutions to see how they actually apply the concepts of customer service, meeting there with CEOs and experts in the field.
