Zizzi returns to the firm after nearly 7 years since he departed legacy Salans. He joins a strong global firm that is ranked as the 10th largest internationally by the number of lawyers and professionals – over 2,600. Zizzi will lead the Bucharest banking & finance group and will be a core member of the real estate team, covering Europe and beyond.
Perry Zizzi has nearly 19 years of experience practising law in the US, Latin America, Western Europe and the emerging markets of Central and Eastern Europe. He has advised on numerous real estate development, financing, acquisition and leasing transactions. His experience in finance is particularly broad, spanning syndicated loans, receivables securitizations, capital markets, senior and subordinated debt, recapitalization and acquisition finance.
