PENNY products delivered for the first time directly to home via Lyvra

PENNY and Auto Total launch Lyvra, the home delivery service

• Over 1,400 products available for customers, including private labels and promotions

• The delivery program is Monday to Saturday, between 12:00 - 20:00, in Bucharest and Ilfov county

• Delivery time: maximum 3 hours, but customers can also choose a preferred time slot

• Payment: cash or by card upon delivery, and the cost of transport is 19.99 lei

PENNY and Auto Total launch Lyvra, the home delivery service that allows customers to place orders online and receive the products at home. Starting with August 2020, PENNY customers in Bucharest and Ilfov county will be able to place online orders and choose between over 1,400 products that can be found in stores, including private labels and promotions.

Given the context of the restrictions imposed by the public health situation worldwide, but also as part of the rebranding process, PENNY meets the needs of its customers and is testing the online shopping service with home delivery. Customers will be able to make purchases on the website https://penny.lyvra.ro/, and the estimated time for delivery is three hours. Customers can pay either by cash or by card upon delivery, and the delivery fee is 19.99 lei.

The development of the Lyvra online shopping platform comes as a result of the rapid changes that have affected the global trade and urged customers to take strict measures to protect their health, especially by minimizing contact with others. This pilot project is a first step that our company is taking in the direction of developing new shopping channels for PENNY customers, and our expectations are to gain as many inisghts as possible in the upcoming months dedicated to the testing process."

The launch of the Lyvra platform is part of the company's strategic reorientation plans with the rebranding of PENNY Market to PENNY. Thus, the discounter constantly optimizes the format of the stores and adapts to new consumer behavior to provide a more pleasant shopping experience for customers. The Lyvra platform can be tested between August - October 2020.
