Metropolitan Life announces the appointment of Carmina Dragomir as CEO in Romania, starting October 1, 2017, after receiving approvals from the authorities. Carmina Dragomir will take over this position from Emilia Bunea, who has successfully run Metropolitan Life operations in Romania in the last three years.

Carmina Dragomir joins Metropolitan Life Romania after successfully holding the position of Deputy CEO & COO of MetLife Italy over the last three years. From her new position, Carmina will report to Dirk Ostjin, MetLife Regional Head, Central and Western Europe. His experience at Metropolitan Life began in 2003 and includes senior management positions, such as COO, within Metropolitan Life Romania.
