Although there have been discussions about a rewriting of the Fiscal Procedure Code, officialy and in mass media, the recent changes are not that substantial so we can talk about two codes, one old and one new.
Through the new project of Tax Procedure Code - at least in the official version approved by Romanian Government - are not put into question the fundamental concepts in the field or a new rearrangement of the relationship between tax authorities and taxpayers.
