Logistics conference: Romania, on the track to become logistic hub in Europa

The European Gateways Platform (EGP) and NL Agency Ministry of Economic Affairs together with The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, The Dutch Romanian Network, The Netherlands Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Bliss Romania organize the 7th Logistics conference to take place in Romania, at Bucharest, on March, 5.

The conference hosts themes as:


  • Fiscal regulatory frame. Recently, a new fiscal code has been put into place. Which are the gains and losses for business community?
  • Harbor development. Constanta portrepresents a key factor in Romania’s becoming an Eastern logistics hub to Europe. Which are the learned lessons and taught by Rotterdam harbor? How can a country trigger the trade with and through its harbors? Which are the next steps taken into account by Government? Privatization? Ownership transfer towards municipalities?
  • Intermodal transport. How can we develop the intermodal transportation in order to facilitate Romania’s becoming an Eastern logistics hub in Europe?
