KUBIS Interactive unveils a new leadership structure, with industry veteran Radu Florescu taking over the CEO role, and Carmen Miruta joining as COO, in a move that marks the company’s shift from an integrated advertising agency to a senior-led business consultancy for marketing and business transformation.
The announcement comes shortly after the agency introduced Felicia Stoica as the new Executive Creative Director, thus consolidating its creative offering across highly competitive industries including banking, financial services, FMCG, energy and utilities, retail, automotive, pharma, e-commerce and non-profit.
The new structure, built around three senior leaders with complementary expertise, will further build on KUBIS’ foundation and legacy to develop a business model that responds to the complexity businesses face today.
