KPMG Restructuring initiated the liquidation strategy development of Astra heritage

This year, in August, The FSA ordered the closure of the financial recovery procedure of Astra SA.

On December 3rd, 2015, the ASF demand regarding the opening of bankruptcy procedure was admitted by the Bucharest Court, with the appointment of KPMG Restructuring SPRL as provisional liquidator.
