On Thursday 16 May at the 8th Annual SEE Real Estate Awards 2012 gala organized by EuropaProperty in Bucharest, Jones Lang LaSalle won 2 major SEE Agency Awards. The firm was voted Best “Agency of the Year 2012” in both Retail and Investment categories.
The EuropaProperty Annual SEE Real Estate Awards Gala is the only event of its type that covers the entire South Eastern European region. The Jury was an independent body of leading real estate professionals chosen from throughout the SEE region.

Jones Lang LaSalle was also awarded two out of four agent awards in the CEE region for the company's performance in 2012. The firm was named the Agent of the Year in CEE for Capital Markets – for the third time in a row - and also claimed the Office Agent of the Year award.

The Capital Markets and Office Agency awards were determined by an independent jury panel of key sector decision makers, ranging from developers, landlords, investors and advisors, active in the real estate industry across the CEE region. The Company of the Decade was selected during the gala event, by all guests. The anniversary, 10th edition of the event organized in Warsaw was attended by over 600 property professionals. The voting was monitored by an independent consulting company – Deloitte.
