”We are very proud to be involved in a project of such scale developed by Elgan Offices SRL, a company owned by Globalworth and Elgan Group (represented by Mr. Simon Roth). JLL continues it’s very good collaboration with Globalworth after last year's delivery of Gara Herastrau, an office building of more than 12,000 square meters, located in the northern area of Bucharest. The new office building is an important project for JLL, and the collaboration with the most important investor in the Romanian office market on the one hand and the largest Romanian company on the other hand is a great honor for us”, said Cezar Florea, coordinator of the Project Management Department of JLL.

JLL's Project and Development Services Department has a diverse portfolio of industrial projects, office buildings and fit-out office space of more than 100,000 square meters with cumulative value over Euro 150 million for customers such as Dell, Toro, Delphi, Allianz, Microchip, Microsoft etc.
