Ioana Mihai joins EY Romania, as Executive Director of the Transaction Advisory Department

Ioana has an experience of 18 years in the banking industry in Romania, having worked for BCR - Erste, Citigroup and ING Bank

At EY Romania, Ioana Mihai will coordinate the Corporate Finance team which, together with the Transaction Support and Valuation & Business Modeling teams, assures the EY portfolio of assistance services for transactions.

Before joining the EY team, Ioana Mihai coordinated the Debt Capital Markets department of BCR, department which she built from scratch.
