The most important changes related to the previously existing alternative trading system run by the BVB, are: the regulations, concept and construct of the private placements of shares, the new admission conditions for listing of companies and the introduction of Authorized Advisors and its role.
The whole realizes a new approach to financing companies through the capital market and to creating new investment opportunities for people and their savings.
The Authorized Advisor is a legal entity that is going to undertake the role of offering crucial support to the issuers before their debut and during the listing process, but also on reporting and transparency requirements after the issuer’s debut. They will be also responsible for advising the companies with regard to any arising legal and administrative challenges, as well as will assist in the preparation of all the relevant information documentation requested by the market participants.
