This transaction will be one of the key elements of the sustained success of the group's business in Romania

The law firm Filip & Company assisted the LafargeHolcim group, one of the world leaders in the construction materials industry, in the acquisition process where it takes over 100% of the shares of Somaco Grup Prefabricate, one of the largest manufacturers of precast concrete elements and BCA from Romania. The acquisition was authorized by the Competition Council in September 2019.
