The law firm Filip & Company assisted the Dutch bank Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. in the process of granting two financing in a total value of approximately 37 million euros to the port operator Umex S.A.

The law firm Filip & Company assisted the Dutch bank Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. in the process of granting two financing in a total value of approximately 37 million euros to the port operator Umex S.A. The purpose of the first loan is to finance the purchase and installation of a silo in Constanta Port, and the second loan will finance the construction of a bulk goods warehouse in Constanta Port.
