The law firm Filip & Company assisted BT Leasing, part of the Banca Transilvania financial group, about the successful bid and listing of a 40 million euro bond issue, in two tranches with maturity in 2024 and 2025, respectively, at Bucharest Stock Exchange. The transaction was completed in the second half of December.
